Actually though I have been thinking about writing this for some time, entries about other stuff just had to be done first, or got in the way, and I certainly had little inspiration to do an article like this. Further, this comes on the tails of Impz’s recent post asking about writing well, and then a sort of reply in the form of Scrumptious Anime Blog’s WordCamp post, which is, I should think, way better (not to mention professional) than anything I can come up with. So I wonder why I even bother writing this, since it likely is going to be a shitty article at best.

The second part of the workout tetralogy now touches upon the exercises you can do for your lower body, namely your abs and your leg muscles. Since certain muscle groups may be unfamiliar to me (and maybe to more than a few of you too) I will stick with whatever names I find from sources regarding such exercises.

I know I should hardly be writing this, but I felt like doing it also for myself, not just for others. When you write up a guide, you do not do it only for others, but also for yourself to remind yourself what is important. I wrote an in-depth FAQ for Nightmare in SoulCalibur II, so I know.
So I had said I would do a tetralogy (means a 4-part series) on working out. I am going through them in the following order – the first one deals with an introduction in the form of a FAQ in order to deal with what I consider to be the most pressing questions regarding working out and keeping fit. The second and third will expound on exercises whether at home or in the gym. Exercises that work out the legs and the abdominals will be covered before the arms and the chest in the third. The last part deals with advanced exercises that I consider to be safe only for those who are used to working out and wish to train in advanced techniques.
