Now we clearly get the meaning of the title – the Yoichi of tomorrow is certainly going to be stronger in soul and heart than the one of today. From the way he speaks of the family being the most important part of happiness, and the way he faces off against Saginomiya for the sake of not just Ibuki but the entire Ikaruga family, the Yoichi of tomorrow, who now continues to stay in the dojo for training with the Ikaruga sisters, will certainly be quite the force to reckon with.

What surprised me more about this episode than anything else was the fact that they never even tried to bring back Ibuki’s memory. Maybe it was expectation that led me to that surprise perhaps. I mean, one could almost say that this episode was almost canonical. It was a good lead-in though, different from the usual, to the final fight expected to happen in the last episode.
