Now that I have other guest writers on my blog, I thought it would be nice to include a section on authors. Here are the guest writers and co-authors that have kindly agreed to write for me on my blog. If you are interested in joining up as a guest writer, please see the section below after the information on the guest writers.

D
D is quite the cynic, and probably almost infinitely more intelligent than I am. Writing about his philosophical musings, he approached me one fine day out of the blue when he saw I was looking for guest writers, and now here he is. Touching on Western webcomics and the little spoken language of philosophy, D is currently on hiatus from the blog and only blogs very little, from time to time. You may take a look at his introduction here.

Shadro
Shadro runs his own personal blog -1 Credit(s), but does not update it on a regular basis. Mainly a gamer, he responded to my request for writers on Twitter and is thus here as a guest writer on the gaming aspect of the blog. You can read his self-introduction here.

Lelouch
Lelouch is the 99th Emperor of Britannia…oh wait, wrong one. Lelouch hails from the Philippines and blogs mostly on figures and his interests in them, picking up the figure aspect of this blog. You can view his self-introduction here, and he has his own personal blog as well.

Shadow
Shadow is relatively new in the aniblogosphere, having been inspired to start a blog by the Senjougahara Fascination movement and to put his thoughts down in clear type. He has since begun posting more on his blog, Anime Fascination and now helps me with music reviews on my blog. You can view his self-introduction here.

I need to be really concentrating on what I should have been doing all along – studying. In such circumstances, I am therefore looking for people to fill in the gap that I will leave as the author of this blog. That is not to say that I will stop blogging, but rather that I will be doing far less of it and hope that others who are interested in helping out, or blogging, will pick up the slack.

This is not a short-term solution; rather, if you want to be a writer here, you can expect that you will be here for quite some time if you want to. I am not going to be forcing people to be writers, or to commit too much to the blog. You just have to post whenever you can and want to, on any or some or even most (if you feel like it) of the broad categories available that my blog sort of covers. Thus, you are not restricted to one category, and you also do not have to commit too much to the blog; I believe 2 posts per month is something like the minimum you should impose on yourself to write for this blog, but I am fine if you are really too busy to deal with blogging. Your English must also be of an acceptable standard, I have strict requisites regarding this area due to my English background, but you can also use this to improve your English.

Certainly, I am looking for people, but I hope that you are not part of a team blog beforehand. I do not mind if you have your own blog already, but the thing is, most team bloggers either already have their own blogs, or join a team blog precisely because they have no time to commit to their own blog, among other reasons of course. Thus, though I will not reject you simply because you are already on another team blog, I will ask that you kindly consider your choices and time as well as efforts. I do not want to “steal” other team blogs’ authors as well, as the real team blogs are established well, and you probably have a better time writing there than you would here. This is of course, entirely subjective.

I am also looking for people who wish to blog but have no time to commit to their own blogs, and people who are interested in writing articles and posts of interest. No personal posts will be allowed, though relating anime/otaku culture or anime/otaku-related stuff to personal life is fine. Posting on merchandise arrivals, figure arrivals, reviews and etc. is fine too. I believe though that essays, editorials, and articles will assist others in thinking more. Even if you have no experience in this, or rather, precisely because you may have no experience, I urge you to come forth and give it a try.

Likewise I will not reject anyone who is interested (unless I know you to be an idiot, asshole, or moron, and etc.) even if you already are part of a team blog, or own a well-known personal blog. All I will ask is that you consider your choices first and your priorities and make a firm and informed decision as to whether you really wish to write for me in this blog.

I look forward to seeing people get back to me regarding this. You may contact me via the contact page.
