Greetings and welcome to my lowly and boring profile. If you are reading this I surmise you must be here to find out more about me and who the Deathseeker is.

I have news for you – I suck!

Now for the really important bits…or the boring bits, whichever you prefer. The first I started blogging was on IMVU, that was back in 2006 December or so, maybe a little earlier. Honestly, I cannot remember because I quitted there when I started on Granado Espada, sometime in June 2007. In December 2007, I decided to blog regularly again, this time using Blogger.

At first I started off as per normal, as in, I continued from my previous blog’s way of blogging, mainly a personal diary. I never really thought of a blog as something more than an online diary actually, until I started to get active on DannyChoo.com. I have been banned there since October 2008 because of issues with the man himself, and have not bothered to visit it almost ever since I was banned, for the content was moving away from the original interests I was there for.

I began actually actively blogging almost topically in February of 2008, and got on Otaku.fm, DC’s special featured feeds site, around that same time or a little later, and remained on it till I was removed in October. I also started to blog more on my interests, which, at that point, were finally fully taking hold in otaku culture. Certainly, I remain a normal fan of the culture and not a hardcore otaku or even worthy of the term, as it were. To this day, I continue to blog on my interests, which are indeed mainly anime-related, but also extend to geek culture, and my interest in philosophy where I can, along with other areas as well. As you can probably tell, I am not so much of a technical person; I hate hands-on as opposed to being able to sit down and think, to look through stuff, to see the big picture. Therefore, I am really bad at anything that requires technical skills, such as coding.

I only started a blog because it seemed a reasonable thing to do – put down my thoughts which might never get seen otherwise. Thoughts of philosophy, about life, about gaming, about other things and so on, a view of the world from my viewpoint. Admittedly, if one is to be strict about such things, then my viewpoint is still very small (and by direct relation to this subject premise, therefore insignificant) compared to the world. But I figured, why the hell not? I want to make myself heard, which is the idea of a blog, non?

When I first moved to Blogger, I never saw the need for an “About Me” section, because back then on IMVU, my profile was in the main page, and you could also see my most recent blog posts in the main page as well. I also assumed there were not enough people at the time to bother about writing one anyway. Then I started getting traffic, and I realized that I had nothing mentioning anything about me that might help the reader understand from what kind of viewpoint, age or whatever, I am writing from.

So, to those very same people who wonder, here is the information on this very cynical and hostile, not to mention anti-social, self-proclaimed Deathseeker, dedicated to answering (almost) all your questions. Below are the two links to further reads of my bio, and my interests. The latter directly deals with what I will blog about.

Bio
Interests

That should about sum up all of who I am, my interests, and the like…at least, all of what I was willing to give, heh.

Should you wish to contact me, I am available through my contact form. I am also available on IRC as well on the Rizon server (irc.rizon.net), on #BP, as the channel owner with two possible nicks, PantherRH or Deathseeker. If you use a normal version of the mIRC client, you should be able to always identify me with the “~” sign in front. I also am available on Twitter.

The Deathseeker,
Panther
