So apparently, for the past week, this blog, for once, actually seemed like an anime blog. The world must be ending – this blog is actually like an anime blog for once! Since people like to pick on that particular aspect so much, I thought I would bring it up again…so eh. To those who think that, get a grip. This is a blog on my interests and it just so happens most of my interests fall under otaku culture, which includes anime. If you are going to use the layman’s definition of “anime blog” on this blog, go ahead, but picking on a serious definition and throwing it in my face is something that I find sad.
Anywho, back to the main point. I have decided that I would like to blog episodically on one anime series for my blog, and most likely either by myself or with a guest writer (though this is not confirmed at all yet). Now before we go on, I only selected the series that I am sure I will definitely watch and complete for some reason or other, and have impressions, not freaking episodic summaries which others can do way better than me and faster too, or thoughts on the episode that I would like to share with my readers. So, below is the list of anime series first that I watched and had first impressions of, before we move on to the selection.
By the way I am already blogging on Sora wo Kakeru Shoujo for sure with both Chong and Yamcha. As was mentioned here, we are doing an episode each, while the first and last episodes, all three of us are blogging on them. Mostly though this will be for the lulz, not serious stuff, not touching much on the plot, etc., so take our episodics on that with a grain of salt. We just want to do it for fun.
Now then these first impressions, as I must stress time and again, I watched raw because I wanted to be faster than most others and give you an impression of my own opinion despite not knowing everything in the story, as someone so kindly pointed out in an effort to obviously defame me. Apparently he called me a troll before and I never saw it, so no wonder I have been getting bad vibes from him all this while in comments I made on his blog. Apparently the guy thinks I am something before even meeting and talking to me for real. Well I heard nothing but good stuff about him, so that is sad. I rather not judge a person by how he is online. Then again I have many enemies and am a major asshole (you can ask a certain famous blogger) and that must mean I have character! Is that good or bad? :\

Oh and whoever took that paragraph that seriously, too bad! But I got to say, dorama on blogs is meant to be enjoyed by others. Of course if you find it a bother as a casual reader, I am sorry. Here are the anime series I did an impression post on. Lastly, keep in mind I did this because I wanted to, as well as presenting another view on the anime to different readers. Certainly some will not see it that way; if they intend to take it as though I am trying to show off so be it, people are entitled to think what they want and I cannot stop them, nor do I care. I may seem like a carefree dude, but at least I take pride in knowing I have principles to live by and I follow them and I do not make judgments based only on what I have seen of a person online and someone I do not even know.
Minami-ke Okaeri 01
Zoku Natsume Yuujinchou 01
Sora wo Kakeru Shoujo 01
Viper’s Creed 01
Asu no Yoichi! 01
Tower of Druaga – The Sword of Uruk 01
Kemono no Souja Erin 01
RideBack 01
And now for the real deal. I am letting my readers choose for me from the following selection, since really, I would like to know for once what people might think of me blogging on freaking anime. Like I said, I hope to be able to do impressions and thoughts and not summaries, so obviously, I will only watch anime that I actually understand, because I am a poser and a troll! Facts aside, I am interested in doing this for once, and yes I know, Kaiba 10-12 I have yet to finish. I will get around to it, just remains to be seen when. :\
Alright, enough of that. Here are the series, vote as you please at the end, the vote also appears in the sidebar, and if you want to, feel free to comment. Flames are welcome too, I enjoy popcorn while reading and replying to them.

Zoku Natsume Yuujinchou
I really love how the anime is portrayed, and the relationships Natsume shares with Nyanko and other spirits, and the little stories of either human or spirit passion they try to express through the anime series. So this one will be something I will write down my thoughts about, and how I felt about the episode.
Asu no Yoichi!
Fanservice harem anime that is actually pretty good for once, so I will probably do a summary instead, and leave you with fanservice thoughts and some ooh-aah over my favorite characters. Nothing much.
Kemono no Souja Erin
Quite easily the defining anime for the blog for the entire year if I were to blog on it, since it is 50 episodes long and will continue throughout the rest of 2009. I will of course not have a summary and instead have thoughts mainly on the show and impressions made on me throughout. Observations regarding the plot and characters as well as Erin’s relationships and how she develops is what I am aiming for.
RideBack
Arguably another defining anime of winter 2008 for me, RideBack will see me covering the story as well as the technical details about the bike. I will largely not bother too much about Rin’s stuff, and focus more on the tech stuff and how the story as a whole develops.
So the poll is opened, go ahead and vote below. The series with the largest votes will be talked about by me for the rest of its season, no matter which one it is, I really have no preference. Like I said too, I am only going to present you another view, it is up to you how you want to see it, so be sure you keep that in mind before you vote! Poll closes in about a week’s time. Thanks!

Thought I stumbled into the wrong site for a minute there. Maria†Holic is the only thing that has won me over so far, although Sky Leaping Girl and Asu no Yoichi is tailing behind.

That is just any Monster Hunter female character that wearing the full Kirin Set with Rathalos Sword & Shield. I also like that set alot. Damn hot and sexy =33
Rideback is arguably one of the more highly-acclaimed-first-impressions anime this season. Even my interest was piqued by the sheer number of rave reviews it has been getting. This is a pretty big feat considering I am scarcely known to follow anime series.

Sora o Kakeru Shoujo~ Seems that its not in the poll
So Rideback! Robot sports X_X;
Hika: I did mention in the post itself, Sorakake will be a team blogging effort between 3 members of Team Blue (including myself). -_-
I’ll pick Rideback I suppose, since that’s the one I enjoy most out of that list so far. Yep =D.

Asu no Youchi plz. ^_^ . In my opinion I liked Asu no Youchi because the anime reminded me of “Love Hina”, One guy with five girls. mmmmmm…..what not like about that. Who knows! it might be just as good as Love Hina once a few more episode come out.
Havent seen Rideback yet. got to chill out on world of warcraft… >_<

I’ll pick Rideback anytime, man. Although I have yet to catch on the series (waiting for some good, quality subs), the impressions given by Omni and many others before me are good.
So, impressions on episodic anime is good. I started one at my blog (before it was torn down), and I know how you feel when writing long ones. So, your impressions are always better than others, since it is what you feel/think than what others may stop you from thinking.
I’ve already linked your blog to mine, Panther (since you’ve visited my blog a lot!)… Hope you’re okay with it ya? ^^
Ranger: Never watched Love Hina though I heard about it. Maybe I should give it a try heh. You really should give Rideback a watch too.
Jusuchin: I am fine with adding you and being added of course, but you got to wait a while and leave me feedback in a scheduled post soon meant for blogroll link exchanges here, before I can add you. I want to do everything in one shot, some parts of the blog really needs an update in terms of information. :\
Rideback sure seems to be leading here. :o
I will vote for Rideback, At first sight the anime is totally awesome!~ Good luck on your episode writing.
