It may be difficult to believe, but this blog has made it past 525,600 minutes of age. In short, this blog is now over a year old…actually it will be only when night hits, but who cares?

When I began a year ago, I wanted a place once more to express myself, from the previous one I had over at IMVU, which is now long gone (and so is my account there). Who would have thought that, one year from then, my blog would have changed so much in scope, style, looks, and topics, yet still retain, if only for the bit, what I always wanted to do – the expression of self, and the articulation of my thoughts.

I really must thank many people that I have managed to come this far. First of all my gratitude to all the people that I used to chat with on IMVU regularly, especially the girls. Thanks for reading my blog back then, and for talking to me. Without your help and indirect support, I doubt I would have wanted to keep my blog going back then.

Secondly, of course, and this might come as a surprise to many after the recent situations, but yes, I must thank Danny Choo, despite his site no longer being welcome to me, in terms of content most of the time. With his indirect help too, I got this far, known to more readers, with quite a few of them following this blog regularly. Otaku.fm surely helped me get started blogging more regularly and more topically since I got on it, and which I still use to discover other new bloggers, and help them or visit their blogs where I can.

Third, Team Blue. How can I fail to mention a few names? Since our first outing in April, we have come a long way. Not everyone in that outing later joined Team Blue, but who can deny it was, for most of us, the first initiation to other similar bloggers, and how far our blogs have come largely as a result, whether direct or indirect, of that inconspicuous, awkward meet-up one sunny Saturday in April? Thus, I extend my gratitude to Gordon, Fariz, Squee, and Wcloudxkumo as the major players of Team Blue since that day, and of course, to everyone else now in Team Blue. We have come far as a group, and I hope to keep the momentum going, and the friendship coming.

Fourth, those pesky gaming friends of mine, whom I have mentioned quite a few times throughout this blog, for continuing to stick with me throughout these times – Akabane, Zero, Tom, Weijie, Raven, Jovian, Justin, and CK (last of whom is in Team Blue actually). Thanks.

Lastly, the hopefully innumerable people that now read this blog. To give thanks to all of you individually with just one line each is something that will take about another 2K words or so. Therefore, thanks to all who continue to read, and keep track of my blog. You give me the inspiration and energy and allow me to know that “Hey, there are people reading my blog. They actually care.” Thanks.
