For the first time since March, I am doing a post in this category in the subsequent month as opposed to it being in its own month. Then again, I had AFA ‘08 to think about, along with other academic themes and thingies to deal with. So, though late, I hope this will not detract you from enjoying this wonderful figure from Solid Theater, which was delayed by over 3 months.
I took her for an urban/sci-fi theme shoot, of which KOS-MOS Ver. 4 was actually the main event in that place, but heck, so long as I get to do an easier photoshoot of her than indoors, since external shoots are always better. The place where I shot at was a public school, and the background just so happens to be glass panels that are rather dirty, hence the “gritty” noise in the background of most pictures. I also thank Squee for his help in taking the close-up shots with his camera, they look way better than mine and are easily recognizable. I was unable to fully eliminate indoor noise because I forgot we were indoors, o dat so osm. So forgive me for the mostly lousy pictures with my camera of fail.
Now, on to the review, the first of which finally portays a NSFW side (and you have been warned) – String Bikini Girl from Solid Theater.

Description
String Bikini Girl is an original figure appearing once in the cover of a certain PaPiPo magazine issue. Solid Theater must have found her enticing and decided to add her to their lineup of ecchi figures. Where such figures are concerned, Solid Theater is thankfully near the top, and we see it once again here in this dazzling finished product of the lovely girl. Here are some profile shots from the 4 sides.

String Bikini Girl is considered a castoff figure – the towel-like clothing you see around her can be easily taken out, but either leave it out (which I would recommend) or leave it on, because the topmost part held by her right hand is prone to scratching the figure if mishandled while putting the clothing on or off. She does look, to me, better without the towel. Here are some of her without it.

As you can see from these pictures, String Bikini Girl is most delicious as a figure. The largest ecchi parts about her is of course her large amount of exposed skin with just a string bikini, and also, translucent bikinis that allow you to see through. Now this is one hot figure.

Quite unfortunately, since we were not at the beach, artistic shots using the background were difficult. Here are a few more.

Some close-ups are in order. All of them were taken by Squee.

Near the end of the shoot, she spots some people looking in at her lecherously from a distance…

But wait, no! It looks more like String Bikini Girl is looking at them! They were a group of cosplayers that had somehow chosen the same place and time for their own photoshoot.
String Bikini Girl has a large base, but on top of that she has a stand that she is attached to, which allows her to stand on her own using the stand without the base, thus eliminating the need for the base. She fits best on a slightly higher vantage point with a darker background, and of course, with the right figurines, such as bikini/swimsuit ones.

My second ever Solid Theater figure, they have proven that if they get right down to it and with the right line of figures, they can certainly pull off among the best jobs I have seen. There is almost no blemish or poor finishing on this figure aside from a spot on the hair, and is one of the best figures I ever handled in terms of quality. String Bikini Girl is definitely a must for any lover of ecchi figures, standing out in her own right for her originality and beauty. Am I glad I reversed my own decision when I first heard about her, and purchased her.

That’s rather brave of you. Nude figure photoshoot in school X3

you violated photobucket’s terms of use for 1 image.. you should update =D
@k -
Yes it is, La Salle was probably built using a modern concept, and was only finished last year, for this new campus.
@moon reader -
Lol not as brave as the two previous beach photoshoots, seriously. Plus I only took her out on the top floor, no one else was around. I be looking forward to seeing you in our next and upcoming gatherings.

Thanks for the info, updated. Gawd. I forgot she was ero enough to be considered fappable material in PB.
I think Panther is a pretty cool guy. He takes photos of semi-nude figurines in school and doesn’t afraid of anything.
Either that or he has no sense of shame.
Why aren’t there any real see-through towels?
@m3rryweather -
Wait, what? I already said, it was at the top floor, no one was around. If you are talking about shame I must have done worse when I was at the beach with first 1 figure and then 3 figures in two separate photoshoots, all bikini, while I was half-naked. Then again I has the physique. Shame is nothing here after you played on basketball courts with many folks topless almost all the time.
As for real see-through towels, I suppose that is because the manufacturers find it difficult and expensive, not to mention impractical, to make them for figures, probably. Unless you mean real ones.
Yeah I can relate with the whole basketball thing. Though I make it a priority to keep my shirt on because I don’t find it a pleasant experience to feel other man-nipples pressing on mine whenever someone blocks me when I set up a jump shot.
And on towels, I meant the latter.
school? I thought –from looking– that’s a department store.

Moobs. No one much else takes off their shirt while I play though, so I hardly get that. And real see-through towels, yes, why they no have that? Demand is huge.
@Kozta -
Yeah it is a modern school like I said. Also, comment a minimum of ten times to change your avatar to a non-gay one!
f, why is my avatar look so gay. XD

I remember when I first saw her, was flabberghasted by cuteness/hotness…. and what a coin-ki-dink. A Solid Theater figure. And going by what you say, another really good one. They do seem to make figures to a high quality. The paintwork on my Tama-chan is topnotch too, like you mentioned on Stringu-chan.
If I saw her at the right price…. it would be mighty tempting not to say no…
Panther is so brave! Kakoi!
I’m not sure if that’s the school in Kanon though.

Only figures of high quality when pertaining to bikini or swimsuit-types, IMHO. But yea, if they keep this up, they will become quite the force to reckon with.
String Bikini Girl is definitely going to be expensive though, unless you want to hope for a price drop a year or two later at some convention.
@Rakuen -
WTF? Also this is in Singapore, so definitely not lol.
Hmmm…I somehow dont lik the color of her nipples…Or maybe its just the seethroughnipplething…I dont know…Lets just say it somehow looks wrong to me in the chestdepartment.
