Originally, other than my usual monthly summary, and the Saimoe results that will be coming up later, I was not planning to write anything, since I have to rush my banners and headers for next month’s theme before I go into a kind of hiatus. But this, this is seriously for the lulz. I am however, pretty sure that I am not the only person who received this; rather, I question why I received this email. More after the jump.

This email was entirely copied and pasted here, other than me removing certain needless parts such as address and stuff. So yes, why did I receive this? There are a few possibilities.
1. I am well-known enough.
I am pretty sure that this is impossible. I am still, largely, a small-time blogger. Not to mention, the only thing worth of me mentioning, as a SG blogger, is that I managed to go for that interview some months back which I hardly even took part in, which also spawned a post I wrote up on otaku culture. So, this is out of the question.
2. I was listed as someone who went for TCC.
This is possible, but that will also mean about 50 other bloggers would be included, maybe. Likely, but hardly believable.
3. Somebody purposely put my name in.
Lol, this is themost possible reason I came up with. Seriously, anyone who has even talked to me lately, or knew about my history with a certain famous blogger would know that I would be about the last person to go for such a workshop, especially who it involves with. Ironically, that also means that person slipped my name in just to give me a fit. LOL? I cannot even begin to rage at this. But yes, I am a little annoyed, because I see this as a deliberate attempt to shoot back at me. Banned from the very site that I am now invited to go for? Wow. Talk about kicking someone when he is down.
Edit: Not long after this post, CI confirmed that he also received the email. This makes it less likely that I was targeted, since this might also have come for other anime bloggers in SG who have been around. Further details, I decline to give.
That aside, maybe I really received this because I got tagged somehow, but I seriously cannot and will not believe that. Look at my blog now. Has it ever given people much of the “anime blog” feel? Of late figures were the main interest, and best of all, I have been giving people bad vibes recently, the very same one that got me banned. I am nothing more than a troll probably, seen by most others anyway. Why hey, I will be bloody surprised if someone even nominates me as an “anime blog”. FYI no I am not interested in that super blogs awards thingie, I am sure the same people will win it anyway, but these same people deserve it, especially the team blogs. They are good, far better than I am, and far more established.
I wonder if he even reads my blog anymore, especially after what I did. Then again if he does, after he sees this post, I think he will have even less reason to peruse this fail blog of mine. I admit I suck at blogging. Then again, what is success? My main idea of it when I started this blog was to get attention, I kid you not. I seem to have gotten it, but do I want more? Actually, as a matter of fact, no. Why? I think that building relationships with the people I already know, instead of trying to get to know more people without getting to know them at least well enough to be able to carry on a normal conversation is simply not looking at what is before me, and always trying to step ahead.
Besides, as a person, I suck. Ask any of the Team Blue members, I am sure they will have lots of stories to tell you in that area. Plus, none of them have yet really seen me when I get really pissed, or upset. I generally am friendly unless provoked. I have a short temper, am impatient, and cannot stand idiots or people who cannot even live as human beings should. Yes I know, being “human” is subjective in everyone’s views. So sue me for having a standard.
Lastly, this is advertising for him, but I hardly care. If you are interested in his workshop, go ahead. I definitely am not interested in going there to be fucking insulted by others. In fact, stepping in there equals being insulted. I at least have dignity and honor, two things which people seem to lack nowadays.
PS: I will LOL if I receive an email asking me to remove this post because the email was supposed to be a secret. Oh yeah. +1 trollbait points and I will be removed from their future listings for anime/otaku related stuff. That could be good or bad in a way. But hey, I am a fucking troll, right?

LOL. Enough said. Well at least you’re an ACTIVE blogger! Unlike some dead one -.-” …
So thats why i havent seen you around there…
Youve been banned???
I think you interpret too much into that email.They probably just went ahead and emailed pretty much any SG Blogger.They probably found you via TeamBlue?
Strictly speaking, should Danny Choo even be considered an anime blogger? Was he ever? Oh noes, I’m going to be delisted from Otaku.fm now and lose a whopping 5 hits a day for my blasphemy!
@Hirito -
You have the cheek to be saying that.
@Blowfish -
Nope. Definitely not, if so everyone in TB SG-based would get it. Rather, only me and CI did. It is quite obvious that the likelihood of us getting it via 0ne’s contacts or some other form of interaction would be the answer instead, now. I did mention it in my post. But it does not rule out the possibility entirely.
Anyway even before I was banned I hardly bothered interacting, but the worst thing he did was to ban the Team Blue account, which I had done nothing to. You could say he is paranoid; I call it biased and stupid because TB exists outside of what I do and say, why bring the whole team down just because of me?
@Yamcha -
You are my good friend now, dude. Let us have some epic tea.
The stuff Danny knows doesn’t really apply to the general anime blogger. Since it’s in Singapore, I’m puzzled as to why they didn’t recruit heavyweights like Impz, DM or tjhan right off the bat for it.
@Shin -
Impz expressed interest, not because he wanted to go for the talk, but because he thought it was fun. I believe however that they would have sent invitations to the others, just that we have not heard from them yet. Nevertheless, I agree, what DC blogs and knows hardly applies to real bloggers, or what we deem as anime/otaku culture bloggers.
This is what I said on the dasaku IRC CHANNEL to explain why I did not get the invite. I am not SUPER BLOGGER ENOUGH!
1. I am well-known enough. <– guess i am not well known as well.
2. I was listed as someone who went for TCC. <– didn’t go. won’t ever go for such a convention.
3. Somebody purposely put my name in. <– MY E-PEEN IS NOT LONG ENOUGH, RAWR
Clearly, I should feel insulted! \o/
Actually what I meant was that they organized it with the names I mentioned being in charge rather than them just playing second fiddle to Danny www
@Impz -
Indeed, you should! <3
@Shin -
Yeah I realized I could have read that the other, correct way. Oh well, they prefer to have famous people, we cannot stop them. Or maybe fame is good for business, especially if someone famous is doing some advertising for them. From the business point of view, this is good effort and far-reaching in consequence. I mean, look at the number of people who have responded to it and known about Animax already.
