As you might have realized, last 3 days or so, I posted nothing but Saimoe results. Anyone talking to me in IRC would have known though as to the reason why. I started feeling squeamish on Tuesday night, but put off visiting the doctor since it felt like a general weakening of the body which I am quite familiar with, usually the onset of a viral attack or some illness. So I put it off until Thursday when I realized I could not identify the problem. And of all diagnoses I did not expect that she would tell me my body was finally done with the stress I have been giving it in terms of physical exercise as well as lack of sleep. Great, huh?

Three weeks before this I did run on every other day in conjunction to my workout routine, but I deemed it too demanding and stopped the gym workout and only ran after that every week. So that might have been the start, though the real deal must have been the recent construction projects around my place (3 in total, 2 of them are major ones) and waking me up at odd hours and making me unable to get through uninterrupted sleep. I already have insomnia, so this sucks a lot. Anyways I feel better now, thanks to all those who wished me well in IRC and stuff.
 

I did go to GCA yesterday, but it was ultimately fail for me. I stuck around the PS3 area playing SoulCalibur 4 85% of the time, and was half dizzy and feeling sick or dry the entire time. I went too late to join in the tournament, congratulations to Whirow for winning the 500-buck first prize. I doubt he would be as happy to know I taught the guy who played against him in the finals though, since that Setsuka player got reduced to pokes versus him, and Whirow of course got pissed (I would have too but I would tell myself it was a tournament though).

Also if any of you players in the casuals yesterday were at the SC4 area, I was the guy who was wearing all blue with the word “Panther” in front of my shirt. I know some of you actually asked if I was in the tournament, but I went too late and I doubt I would have done well anyway, since I suck. I had more fun in the casuals against all of you. Thanks to all those who were there and played games against me yesterday, casual or not.

Unfortunately though I saw the Tsubaki cosplayer, I did not take any photos of her, she was one of the better ones there. Also missed a Miku cosplayer, thanks to Ruby for the picture at top of the Miku cosplayer. Another good one, since she actually looks pretty good in terms of appearance…hot girls mmm.

Speaking of which, most of the models, as Raven suggests, were likely hired for the upcoming F1 races here, hence why there was a lack of good models there. In fact there was this whole bunch that were lolies to me or something, all of them were petite small. They had to be lolies. And there was a bear that got all the action. Are you thinking what I am thinking!

Thanks to Feidamu for the shop. And then they took a gay picture of CI putting his hand on my shoulder while I was engrossed in playing, I had no idea when it happened either, except that it was early on and I was in a match against Akabane. So Fuzzy decided to make a demotivational poster out of it. Totally gay.
 

LOLWIT

After that I did pick up some loot from La Tendo. Here are the two figures I finally got my hands on. I am well aware Mizuho is not yet out in Japan, and I fear the suppliers may have sent her a batch early due to product defects in the initial bunch. I have not taken her out of the box to check though, but from the outside at least I can see nothing wrong. Quite frankly, I am not too particular about it either, so oh well. Since I have no idea when String Bikini Girl will be released, and even if she were to be released today, it will take more than a week for her to get here, I am making Mitsuki my Figure of the Month instead. Now I have to recover in time for the shoot. :\

Also, I was featured recently at E2046 and to anyone that came here because of the description they put there, I am really sorry for not updating these past few days. Featured me at the wrong time. I do update a lot (almost daily) but for now due to how ill I feel I am not in the best of moods to do any real post. Quality posts to come soon I hope, but I doubt I can continue to post every day except for Saimoe (which is easy to post about). Thanks if you did come from there, I appreciate your coming here to read another fellow figure collector’s ramblings and rants. Cheers.
