By Artemis of the hunt, what defilation upon our souls, upon our very minds, could this dark news be wrought about?!

Such as is told to me, upon my very ears the news rings, of the delays of the sacred statuettes I seek! Ah! Woe is me, he who must wait further in vain, upon the very earth which he walks! Alas, how can this be? Like the fires of Troy and the journeys of Odysseus, the misery and the suffering that was wrought of long ago, may they never be rekindled anew, yet let my heart go on still strong in faith!

Sorry, I am under a Greek spell, after reading about the sagas and myths related to Troy, Odysseus, and Agamemnon. The bad news is actually, as mentioned above, the delays of two figures I have preordered, and which I am in rage over.

Mizuho Kazami is delayed till 30th August, as if her delay thanks to her Wonfes limited edition (featured here) from July to August was not bad enough. This means the figure will be seen only in stores in September. This may, however mean more time for me to see if I can find a Wonfes limited version of her…which I doubt, since I forgot about it.
 

What I am even more upset about is the delay of String Bikini Girl. By right she is the only figure that was supposed to be released in August that I preordered (Ringo was released earlier in July, and Mizuho was supposed to be in July). There is no definite date too for her release in September. WTF? I would raze Solid Theater to the ground, seriously, just to find out the reason why. This figure is among my more anticipated ones this year. Bloody hell.
 

So this post is not totally about my preorders, I found two other figures that were delayed that does relate to my figures’ tendencies in some way. By the way the information was found here for Mizuho and the two subsequent figures, and here for the String Bikini Girl.
 

Yep, this is Houmei from Shining Wind, by President Japan. This is her castoff version (as in she already has been cast off) and yes, she will be delayed. Although from the date it looks like rather than an actual delay, they just confirmed her date. She will be out August 27th, barring any further delays. So whoever has her on your preorder list, she is coming out soon.
 

Choun Shiryu from the series Koihime Musou, I forgot what maker. This is the “My Wife Version”. She is delayed from mid-September to late September, still no release date.
 

This is blasphemy and sacrilege. Why, oh why, must my dear String Bikini Girl be touched? What sort of madness in this in which I descend? Ah, woe is me. Ye gods!
